For DJs, AV and production companies

You deliver the event. This books the next one.

Gigs are won and lost in the inbox: the inquiry answered in minutes instead of days, the quote that prices gear, crew and margin right, the follow-up that actually goes out. Booked Solid is the desktop booking department that does that work on your desk, every day.

Nobody bought a rig because they love writing follow-up emails.

After load-out

The truck is packed, your back hurts, and six inquiries are sitting in your inbox. Every one of them wants a price. You will get to them Tuesday. Probably.

The Saturday you never saw

Reply in 5 minutes instead of 30 and you are up to 100 times likelier to reach a lead (the MIT and InsideSales study by Dr. James Oldroyd). Cross-industry, 30 to 50% of sales go to whoever answers first. Her email landed while you were mixing the first dance. A DJ with worse gear answered first.

"What do you charge?"

Four hours, ceremony sound, uplighting, a second room, and a load-in with no elevator. The question that makes a fifteen-year pro feel like they are guessing. Quote high and lose it. Quote low and haul the extra gear for free.

The dark dates

Open your calendar eight weeks out and count the empty Saturdays. Nobody is going to fill those for you, and the couples booking that weekend are signing someone right now.

You bought a rig to run rooms, not a sales office. So stop running one.

Built for the work behind the booth and the board

Win the booking, protect the margin, and keep the details clean - without the admin becoming a second job.

Reply while the lead is warm

Turn a Saturday wedding inquiry or a corporate AV request into a ready-to-send reply, with the right question and your real rate rules.

Build quotes from the real job

Price DJ packages or AV gear, crew, overtime, and margin without giving the expensive parts away.

Follow up without living in the inbox

Keep every active lead moving, revive quiet buyers, and stop the cadence the moment someone replies.

Carry the booking through event day

Keep evidence, profit, riders, load-in details, holds, and post-gig asks together in one calm desk.

One sitting. No worksheets. No course to finish.

Booked Solid is a desktop app that runs on your own Claude. Install it, sign in, and it interviews you once, then builds everything around your rig, your market, and your real package prices. If you can install an app, you can run it.

Install it

Download the app for Windows, Mac, or Linux and sign into your own Claude account. About five minutes, and the step-by-step START HERE guide walks every step.

Answer 9 questions

Your rig and services, your market, what you charge, what you wish you charged, and the weekends you want more of. Shorthand is fine. One message back.

Get your booking department

Six finished pieces, built from your answers. Not advice. Real emails, your real numbers, and a plan with your company name on it.

Your booking department, in six pieces.

Every piece built from your answers. Nothing generic. Two DJs never receive the same line.

01

Your Buyer and Venue Map

Who actually books DJs and AV in your market, ranked, with the venues, wedding planners, corporate event managers, and production buyers named. Plus a weekly outreach quota sized to the gigs you need, not a fantasy. The prospecting engine builds the list live in a real browser and pulls those named contacts straight into your files.

02

Your Outreach Pack

Finished cold emails, DMs, and phone scripts in your voice, written for each buyer on your map: the venue coordinator, the planner, the corporate AV contact. Ends with the five sends to make this week, ready to go out from your real inbox.

03

Your Follow-Up Engine

Most weddings close on touches 3 to 5. Most DJs quit after 1. All five touches are pre-written, timed, and sent from your inbox on the day each is due, and the cadence stops the moment someone replies.

04

Your Package and Add-On Pricing

Three-tier packages built from your real numbers: base DJ, ceremony sound, uplighting, extra rooms, crew, overtime, and the gear that should never go in for free. Plus the scripts for the big five objections, starting with "the other DJ quoted less." It drops the right quote into a real reply the moment an inquiry lands.

05

Your Advance and Rider Pack

A professional rider for your rig, a gig sheet, invoice and retainer language, a contract checklist, and the auto-advance sequence: as event day gets close it follows up with the client to confirm power, load-in and access times, the run of show, and the final headcount, so you roll in to a room that is ready.

06

Your 90-Day Season Plan

A week-by-week calendar against your market's real season, wedding and corporate. December holiday parties are sold in September. Your dark Saturdays get worked before they go dark.

Actual output: built for a Nashville wedding and corporate DJ, warm/professional voice
New message
To Marissa, Events, The Bell Tower
Subject The forty minutes after your ceremonies
Hi Marissa, I'm writing to you on purpose, not in bulk. I worked a room a lot like your Grand Hall last month and watched the thing that happens in every beautiful venue: the ceremony ends, the room has to flip, and forty minutes of dead air does the damage your staff gets blamed for. I bring my own ceremony sound and I cover that gap, so your team can work the turn instead of managing a silent room...

Every script comes back like this: their venue, your rig, your voice. Ready to send, not ready to edit. Built on a professional DJ and AV sales corpus and verified 2026 booking-market data.

See the three ways in

Then it works your inbox with you. Every week.

This is not a one-time generator. Come back with real situations, in plain words, and get back something you can paste in under a minute.

"A bride just inquired"Paste it in. A ready-to-send reply with the right question and your real rate rules, while she is still in her inbox.
"They went quiet"The exact follow-up to send today, with something new in it instead of another nudge.
"They said another DJ is cheaper"The script that saves the booking without cutting your fee or throwing the uplighting in for nothing.
"I have a dark Saturday in six weeks"It works the date: who to contact, what to send, and how to fill a near-in weekend without discounting the rest of your season.
"The event is in 10 days"It advances the gig for you: power, load-in and access times, the run of show, the final headcount, and the rider confirmed line by name.
"Gig was last night"The thank-you, the review ask, and the referral ask to both the client and the venue, timed to the windows that convert.
"Get me into corporate ballrooms"The honest path from where you are to the corporate and production market, not a fantasy.

Know what the gig is worth before you say yes

The Gig Desk keeps the agreed fee, real costs, estimated profit, and source evidence visible beside the booking.

Edits are protected, duplicate gigs are blocked, and undo restores the last saved version.

The real Booked Solid gig editor showing calculated profit and booking evidence

The rig you already own is worth more in a corporate ballroom.

General sessions, awards nights, and multi-room conferences pay several times the mobile wedding rate for the same core rig, because the buyer is a company with a production budget instead of a couple with a wedding budget. The difference is not the gear. It is the buyer, the positioning, and the proof. That market is where Booked Solid points, for everyone who wants it.

  • Both lanes, on purpose. The weddings you already win keep running on systems and fund the climb. The corporate and production buyers get the focused outreach.
  • The premium ladder is built in: the proof assets a production buyer needs to see, the positioning shifts, the buyers to approach, and the fee anchoring that stops you negotiating against yourself.
  • Ask it directly. "Get me into corporate ballrooms" is a command it understands, and it answers with the honest path from where you are.
"I showed up to the gigs and got paid. That's what a real system does for the business side of your act."

Chris Michael

Working magician and mentalist, creator of Booked Solid OS. Now an exclusive Kivi Media product. The DJ and AV edition runs the same rails on a professional DJ and AV corpus.

The first time Chris ran his own booking on these rails, his pipeline produced over thirty thousand dollars of work in a single thirty-day stretch. That was his own market, a magician's, not a DJ's. Not a promise: your numbers depend on your rig, your market, and what you send.

All three need your own Claude. Every offer on this page runs on your own Claude account on a current paid Claude subscription, so you never get a usage bill from us. Claude Pro covers most operators; if you run the Autopilot hard every day you may want Claude Max. The Skill runs inside the Claude you already use. The Desk and the Autopilot are the desktop app on Windows, Mac, or Linux.

The Skill and the Desk are one-time. The Autopilot is month to month and you can stop the next renewal through support, with no exit interview. Your leads, your gig records, and your numbers stay on your machine and are always yours to export.

Before you choose it

Is the DJ and AV edition available to buy today?

Yes. The $89 one-time, $399 one-time, and $100/month offers are open above. Checkout is instant, and your access email arrives within a couple of minutes.

What is the difference between the three offers?

The Skill is the playbook pack for your own AI assistant. The Desk is the full desktop app that works when you ask. The Autopilot is the same desk running itself every day, with a morning report waiting for you.

Which AI do I need? Do I need to understand AI?

One: Claude, and you must have your own Claude account on a current paid subscription - nothing on this page runs without it. Claude Pro covers most operators; if you run the Autopilot hard every day, you may need Claude Max. You sign in once and it runs on your account, so you never get a usage bill from us. And no, you do not need to understand AI at all. You answer 9 questions about your rig, your market, and your rates, and it does the rest. A step-by-step START HERE guide is the first thing you see.

What happens right after I buy?

You get an access email within a couple of minutes. The Skill is delivered in the Green Room as a pack you load into the Claude you already use. The Desk and the Autopilot are the desktop app: download for Windows, Mac, or Linux, sign into your own Claude, and it interviews you once. That interview is nine questions and shorthand answers are fine. Then the six pieces come back built around your rig and your market.

Does it replace my booking software?

No. Booked Solid works beside your existing files and tools. It helps you run the booking work without forcing a new database.

Can it send prices or make commitments for me?

No. Quotes, dates, negotiation, payment, and client commitments remain human decisions.

Can an AV company use this with a multi-user team?

The desktop edition is one local booking workspace, not a simultaneous multi-user dispatch system. An AV company can use it as the operator's central desk for quotes, crew, gear, margin, riders, and follow-up, while the team keeps using its existing shared operations tools.

What are the refund and cancellation terms?

One-time digital purchases are final after access is delivered, except when access fails because of our error or the law requires a refund. Autopilot can be canceled before the next renewal through support; access continues through the current paid period. Full details are in the Terms.

What will the charge look like on my card statement?

Your statement will show KIVI MEDIA, billed by Magician Business Ltd, the company behind Kivi Media and Booked Solid.
