Who provides Booked Solid

Booked Solid is provided by Kivi Media (Magician Business LTD). These terms apply to the Booked Solid website, playbook Skill, desktop Desk, Autopilot subscription, updates, and support. By purchasing or using Booked Solid, you agree to these terms.

Professional use and requirements

Booked Solid is a professional tool for adults running an event business. A paid Claude plan is required for the Skill and desktop editions. You are responsible for a compatible computer, internet access, your Claude subscription, connected accounts, and the accuracy of the business rules and information you provide.

Human approval and results

You remain responsible for every quote, date, price, contract, payment instruction, negotiation, and client commitment. Booked Solid can prepare drafts and run approved routines, but it does not guarantee bookings, revenue, profit, response rates, or business results.

One-time purchases

The Skill and Desk are digital one-time purchases for the edition described at checkout. One-time purchases are final after the access email, download, or license key is delivered. If access fails because of our error, contact support within 14 days. We will fix delivery or refund the purchase if we cannot provide the purchased access. Refunds required by law are not limited by this policy.

Autopilot subscription and cancellation

Autopilot renews monthly until canceled. You can cancel before the next renewal by contacting support. Access continues through the current paid period. Charges already processed are not refundable except for duplicate or erroneous charges, a failure by us to provide access, or when the law requires a refund.

License and acceptable use

Your purchase gives you a limited, non-transferable right to use the purchased edition for your business. You may not resell, publish, copy, reverse engineer, or distribute the app, playbooks, license keys, or gated resources. You may not use Booked Solid to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited communications.

Updates and third-party services

Features and supported connections can change as the product is maintained. Claude, Stripe, email providers, operating systems, and other connected services are operated by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for a third party's outage or policy change, but we will provide reasonable support for Booked Solid itself.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how the local apps, website, purchase records, support, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API handle information.

Contact and changes

Questions can be sent through the Booked Solid support center. We may update these terms as the product or law changes. Material changes apply from the updated effective date and do not remove rights already required by law.
