What can Booked do?
Give it the job. Booked finds the method.
Catch an inquiry, prepare a quote, follow up on a quiet lead, brief tomorrow's event, or run your morning sweep. All 46 formal Plays have protected Terminal V2 programs. The capability guide shows real requests, the 28 scouting routes, connection requirements, and the exact Claude Terminal command. Tavily live research is capped at 6 advanced searches at 2 Tavily credits each: at most 12 of your Tavily credits per run, and $0 charged by Booked. Hunter appears only on supported scout cards. Optional Hunter enrichment is capped at 3 Domain Search requests with limit 1: up to 3 of your Hunter credits per run, and $0 charged by Booked. For Milestone Radar and Whale Radar, optional Apollo enrichment uses up to 4 Organization Search pages at 1 Apollo credit per page: at most 4 of your Apollo credits per eligible run, and $0 charged by Booked.

- Stage backfill: a booked call is not a booked gig, and the log never outranks the lead's Status line

Booked Solid OS was created by Chris Michael, and as of July 2026 it is built and supported by Kivi Media, the coaching house behind Balloon Artist College and the Kids Entertainer Academy, whose 250+ coached event businesses book a combined $18M+ a year. Same app, same login, and development has only sped up: new versions ship weekly.
If you already own Booked Solid OS, nothing changes for you. Download the app, sign in with your existing username and password, and everything you paid for is there. You will never be asked to pay again for what you already own. If any screen ever asks you to pay again, stop and contact support - you do not pay again.
